Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or make changes to your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing it. After this window, your order may already be in processing and we may not be able to make any changes.

Cancellations made within the 24-hour period will be fully refunded within 7 business days.

We believe in results, not risks. That’s why your purchase is protected by our 60-day money back guarantee. If you’ve used the product for at least 14 days and still aren’t satisfied, you may request a return anytime within the 60-day window.

Damaged Items

We carefully inspect and package all items to prevent damage in transit. If your item arrives physically damaged or defective, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery.

To report damage, email us at hi@oluia.com with a clear photo of the item. We will assess the issue and, if eligible, send you a replacement at no extra cost.

Please note: Damage to packaging alone (e.g. dented box) does not qualify as product damage. We do not accept returns or offer replacements for products damaged through misuse or regular wear and tear.


Shipping and Delivery

We do our best to ensure fast, reliable shipping, but we are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, weather, or other factors beyond our control.

If you experience a delay or delivery issue, we recommend contacting the courier directly. OLUIA is not liable for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been shipped.


Incorrect Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. If you notice an error, contact us within 24 hours. After that time, we may not be able to update your order, and you will not be eligible for a refund or resend if the package is delivered incorrectly.
