At OLUIA, we’re proud to offer FREE shipping on all orders—because we believe wellness should come with peace of mind, not hidden fees.


🚚 Order Processing Times

Please allow 1–3 business days to process and dispatch your order. "Dispatched" means your package has been handed off to the shipping carrier and is on its way to you.

During peak periods or holidays, processing may take up to 7 business days. We always do our best to keep things moving quickly and will notify you if there’s an unexpected delay.


🌍 Estimated Shipping Times by Country

Once your order has been dispatched, delivery times vary based on your location and local courier services.

🇺🇸 United States: 4–8 business days
🇬🇧 United Kingdom: 4–9 business days
🇨🇦 Canada: 4–10 business days
🇦🇺 Australia: 4–10 business days
🌍 Other Countries: 4–10 business days

Please note: customs delays or seasonal volume may occasionally extend delivery beyond these timeframes. We appreciate your patience during these rare circumstances.


🧭 Accurate Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping details are correct at checkout. Incomplete or inaccurate addresses can lead to processing delays or order cancellation.

If our system detects an issue, our support team will email you within 3 business days for confirmation. If we don’t hear back within that time, we reserve the right to cancel your order.

If you notice a mistake, contact us at hi@oluia.com within 24 hours of placing your order. We’ll do our best to make changes, but we can’t guarantee updates after this period.


⏳ Delayed Delivery

We understand how important it is to receive your order on time. While we aim to ship every order promptly, delays may occasionally occur due to:

  • Weather or natural disruptions

  • Courier issues or transit delays

  • Customs clearance for international orders

  • Address or payment issues

While these delays are outside of our control, our team will always do its best to keep you informed and assist in resolving any issues.

OLUIA is not liable for delays caused by external shipping carriers or unforeseen events, but we're here to help however we can.


📦 Lost or Stolen Packages

Once your order is handed off to the courier, it becomes their responsibility. If your package is lost or stolen, please contact us at hi@oluia.com and we’ll support you through the next steps.

We recommend also contacting the courier to file a claim, as they may request additional details to begin an investigation. While these situations fall outside of our refund policy, we’ll do everything possible to assist you. In some cases, we may offer a replacement depending on the outcome of the courier’s investigation.

In rare situations where theft is suspected, a police report may also be advised.
